These terms apply to the Grand Campaigns website and its private planning workspace. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. The public site provides information about the Grand Campaigns Roblox project. Staff features require a valid invitation and an approved Google account.

• Provide accurate profile information and use only an account you control.
• Keep staff invitations, account access, and non-public workspace information confidential.
• Do not share access with unauthorized people or attempt to bypass access controls.
• Access may be suspended or removed when a staff role ends, an invitation is misused, or these terms are violated.

The Grand Campaigns name, original artwork, models, designs, text, graphics, and planning materials are owned by Grand Campaigns or their credited creators. Except for normal viewing and authorized staff work, you may not copy, extract, reupload, sell, redistribute, or use these materials to create a competing or misleading project without written permission.

Roblox, Google, Discord, and other third-party names, services, and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of third-party intellectual property.

You must have the rights needed to submit any artwork, writing, code, audio, reports, or other material. You remain the owner of your original contribution unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

By submitting material for Grand Campaigns project work, you grant the project a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, edit, adapt, display, and use that material for development, operation, promotion, archival, and distribution of Grand Campaigns and related project activities.

Do not upload malware, interfere with the service, impersonate others, harass people, expose private information, submit unlawful material, abuse connected Discord or Roblox systems, or use the workspace in a way that could harm the project or another person.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, pause, or be removed, and data may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, Grand Campaigns disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
