Grand Campaigns collects only the information needed to operate its public website and private staff workspace.

• Google account information: your Google account identifier, email address, display name, and profile image when provided through Google sign-in.
• Staff profile information: the display name, job title, department, role, and access status submitted when a staff invitation is accepted.
• Workspace content: campaign artwork, planning material, medal records, reports, suggestions, and support or moderation messages submitted through connected project tools.
• Technical information: session, security, and basic request information processed by our hosting, authentication, and database providers.

Planning data stored only in your browser remains on that device unless you choose to submit or upload it to a shared service.

• Authenticate users and control access to the staff workspace.
• Operate planning, artwork, moderation, reporting, and project management features.
• Protect the service, investigate misuse, and maintain reliable operations.
• Respond to support, privacy, and account requests.

We do not sell personal information and do not use staff account information for targeted advertising.

Information may be processed by service providers that support the website, including Google for sign-in, Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage, Vercel for hosting, and Discord or Roblox when a feature directly connects to those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users and the project.

Account and access records are retained while they are needed to operate or secure the staff workspace. Uploaded and operational content is retained until it is removed by an authorized user or is no longer needed for the project.

You may delete supported uploads using the controls in the workspace. To request account access, correction, export, or deletion, contact rowboat85e@gmail.com. Some records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

We use access controls, private staff invitations, provider-managed authentication, and database security rules to limit access. Staff email addresses are treated as private account information and are not displayed to other staff through the website. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

The authenticated workspace is intended for authorized project staff and is not directed to children under 13. Public visitors can view general Grand Campaigns information without creating an account. The Roblox experience is governed separately by Roblox policies and applicable platform controls.
